To be eligible for the AZ MELT program, students must meet the following:
At least 18 years of age
Ontario Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent or pass the Wonderlic SLE (passing score of 12)
Class G license
MTO Class A written (Includes MTO Medical Form and MTO Signs & Road Rules Test)
